Cuesta College’s Harold J. Miossi Art Gallery is gearing up to host the Artists’ Book 2015 Exhibit, featuring dozens of books created by artists from around the world. The books are the works of art here, just to be crystal clear.
This inventive visual event transforms pages, covers, and spines into intriguing sights to behold. No—this is not the same as scribbling mustaches on all the Civil War soldiers in your U.S. History book. It’s way better than that. Just go and see for yourself, OK?
The show will kick off on June 15 and run through July 30. The Harold J. Miossi Art Gallery is located in room 7170, on the San Luis Obispo Campus of Cuesta College, open Monday through Friday, noon to 4 p.m. Admission is free. For more information, call 546-3100, Ext. 2753.
