For those of us in North County who (like the rest of the county) recognize the threat of climate change and the impact of carbon footprints, and support smart-growth principles, the article was enlightening. It provided insight into why we are where we are, and the distance we still need to travel with public education. Your article was a good start to the journey we will take together.
