Like a good citizen, I save my cans, bottles, and plastics for recycling. We are charged a CRV fee so, if I don’t recycle, I throw away money. I get paid once a month so that $10 can come in very handy.

The problem: There are no more recycling stations around. Therefore, we are being charged a fee to inspire social conscientiousness and environmental preservation but there is no longer a way to reap our reward. I live in a small space, so it was either my plastics or me. I had to throw my recyclables into the no-pay recycle bin. Houston, I think we have a problem.
