Eric Michielssen is the man for the job:
I attended the 5th District supervisor debate a few weeks ago. I was extremely impressed with Eric Michielssen. He delivered clear, thoughtful, substantial answers to the many questions ranging from affordable housing, schools and youth programs, the economy, the Phillips 66 issue, the Santa Margarita Quarry, water issues, maintaining the quality of life in SLO County, etc. Eric has a wealth of knowledge and life experience and a calm and even-keeled temperament.Â
Eric is not funded by big money interest groups, and he is committed to listening to all of our concerns and opinions before making balanced decisions. He would be an excellent county supervisor. His opponent, Debbie Arnold pales by comparison. I found her answers at the debate vague, uninspired, and repetitive. This debate demonstrated the true differences between the candidates.Â
I wholeheartedly endorse Eric Michielssen for the 5th District county supervisor.
