The organizers of Vineyard Dog Park in Templeton are holding an art competition to design an outdoor mural. A cash prize of $750 will be awarded to the winning artist. The submission deadline is March 15 and the art may be mailed or hand delivered to the Templeton Community Services District Office, or scanned and emailed to hello@parks4pups.org.
