Law enforcement gave me a ticket for not having my dogs on a leash near the mouth of Arroyo Grande Creek.  I suggest law enforcement should enforce the law at the mouth of this creek. Vehicles illegally cross the mouth, which is critical habitat for six endangered or threatened species. If law enforcement can enforce the leash law, why can’t they enforce the laws for protecting endangered species?
