Just saw an ad by Abel Maldonado who claimed that Lois Capps has a 14-year record of failure. Hm-m-m-m … is this the same Lois Capps we voted into and returned to office? I guess we’re a bunch of country bumpkins who just fell off the turnip truck. Sorry Abel, that dog won’t hunt!
