I enjoyed your article in New Times on Nov. 22 (“Plugging in to local power”).
My roof is covered with solar panels and photovoltaics. More folks should do as I am doing—then we wouldn’t need PG&E’s Diablo. I believe the government/industry now has programs promoting this, as the initial cost of my panels was way too much ($18,000 for photovoltaics).
