What marketing genius thought up the 420 Festival (“What happened in Pozo?” July 8) and didn’t expect the cops to show up? I can’t wait for the Check Kiting Festival or the Drinking and Driving Festival! Concealed Handgun Palooza, anyone? Sheesh, it’s no wonder they call it dope.
