The Paso Robles City Library is accepting applications for art displays in the library for 2027, but you’d better hurry. The application window closes on Saturday, Oct. 31.
“Applications will be accepted for all forms of art or craft from local artists,” the library announced. “To be considered for display, applying artists must review the Guidelines for Selection of Art Displays, submit an application by the close of Oct. 31, and email sample photographs or other representations of their work to Don Rader at drader@prcity.com.
The library board of trustees is responsible for the selection of displays, according to the library, and the duration of most art displays in the Paso Robles City Library is one month. Guidelines, applications, and more information about the Art in the Library program are available at prcity.com/842/Art-Displays-in-the-Library.
On display in November are photos from the archives of esteemed street photographer Joe Schwartz (1913-2013). In December, see the cowboy country photographs of Cheryl Stahl.
