American Idol may be a thing of the past, but the SLO Little Theatre is still looking for the next big stars who can sing, act, and dance for the upcoming production of Guys and Dolls.
Open auditions for the musical will be held on Nov. 20 at 5 p.m. at the theater’s home on Morro Street. Callback auditions will be held at a later date if necessary.Â
All actors should come prepared with 32 bars of a song from Guys and Dolls, or a musical selection of a similar style. An accompanist will not be provided, so come prepared to sing a capella or from a CD or iPod. Actors will also be asked to read short sides from a script provided at auditions and will be seen on a first come, first served basis. Visit slolittletheatre.org for more information.Â
