I’m confused. Will someone please explain to me the difference between people who are homeless and sleep in their vehicles and the half-million full-time snowbirds who sleep in their vehicles?

People who suffer from homelessness have no homes, very little money, and receive tickets for “illegal lodging,” which they oftentimes can’t pay and end up incarcerated because of. That second group has plenty of money and are not ticketed.

Please tell me it’s not all about money.
