Kathy Marcks Hardesty’s recent recommendation of The Black Cat Bistro in Cambria (“Just the Dish for Cool Cats,� Cuisine, Dec. 23-30) has resulted in the most memorable experience I have had in a very long time!
New Year’s Eve I took a group of very picky friends to The Black Cat where we enjoyed the most delicious menu, especially created for the occasion by owner/chef Deborah Scarborough. The service and ambiance were outstanding, and there is a feeling of warmth and camaraderie among the very welcoming staff.
Thank you for your recommendation. My guests and I will be regular diners at this charming restaurant nestled in the quaint village of Cambria.
