Desperate people do desperate things.
Last week I installed a Stop the Marketplace, No on ABC sign in my yard. Two days later it was gone. I requested another sign, secured it firmly, and again a thief made off with it in the middle of the night!
I have been told that others who are against the Marketplace have had their signs stolen as well.
Years ago, when David was fighting Goliath, Goliath was paying students to steal our signs all over town.
It is hoped that history is not repeating itself because we do not like “dirty pool” being played in our beautiful Garden of Eden town of San Luis Obispo.
