It’s meant to enjoy while fresh and young, whether you sip it alone or with food. Winemaker Kathy Joseph suggests pairing it with Indian, Mediterranean, spicy Asian foods, or fresh strawberries drizzled with aged balsamic. Limited at only 315 cases, it’s $22 at Tastes of the Valleys in Pismo Beach.
