Our founders wrote in the preamble of the Constitution “in order to form a more perfect union.” What did the mean by that? Did they mean a union with more control, more fear, more manipulation, more war, more dropouts, more poverty, more pollution, more genetically modified food, more global warming , more drug use, more corporate control, more invasion of privacy? Or did they mean a country with more freedom, more equality, more education, more caring for your neighbor, your community, your country, and your world?
The path to a more perfect union is not a path of power and greed, but a path of goodness and kindness. Let us pick the most loving path, and stay out of fear.
