The Pacific Ocean has provided tasty foods (fishes) to millions of hungry people for many years. Collapsing fisheries are forcing the boats to go after less desirable species as the harvesting continues. Because local water (coastal) laws do not apply way out in the deep, the big harvest continues without much concern for laying off certain fish species so they may increase their numbers. The health of the ocean is slipping as more garbage and pollutants enter the waters’ ecosystem.

With that truth, it appears that big efforts must be taken before humanity kills what remains! All the nations of the world that touch the Pacific Ocean should place a large emphasis on removing the trash of humanity from our sacred seas without exception. We must clean up our messes before the Earth becomes a dead rock of lifeless wasteland hoping the human experiment will end.
