I’m a Cal Poly student and want to point out one thing: I do not in any form condone what has gone on at the Crops House, and am ashamed of the actions (or lack thereof) taken by the administration. However, we are not a dry campus as you pointed out, so the fact that there was alcohol at the house isn’t something that is punishable as long as all residents are of legal age. At of the end of the last school year, the restaurant on campus, Sage, started selling alcohol to its patrons. In the new housing complex of Poly Canyon Village, if all the roommates in an apartment are over 21, it is perfectly okay to have alcohol.
