You, unlike the journalists at Charlie Hebdo, are acting like cowards by cautioning against “assigning blame to a single religion” (“#JeSuisCharlie,” Jan. 8). Your progressive mindset is blinding you. Radical Islamists are behind the vast majority of terrorist attacks this century, and worldwide most “regular” Islamists will not unconditionally condemn these acts. Maybe New Times would prefer to blame Israeli Jews.
