This rich, pretty white, tasted blind among eight Monterey County Chardonnays, was my favorite. While I admittedly favor Chards that are naked (sans oak aging), I loved this elegant wine. It’s a white for special occasions, undoubtedly, at $42 retail but well worth the splurge. Enjoy this with lobster, crab with drawn butter, or sand dabs.
