Extremist views, similar to those of Gale McNeeley, have cost Democrats the election (“Impose cease-fire now,” Nov. 7). His views on Israel and the conflict in the Middle East are extreme and do not reflect the views of a majority of Americans. Unlike others who have written commentaries with similar points of view, his commentary is historically inaccurate, inflammatory, and verge on hate speech. It would appear the New Times is turning a blind eye to his ranting commentary in the hope of increasing readership? I certainly hope that is not the case.
