Thanks to Jerry James for the SLO Special Election ballot (April 4), but why did he leave Andrew Carter on the ballot?
I’ll be voting for Don Hedrick again, as he is the only candidate trying to keep any semblance of San Luis Obispo and not joining with the rest of the officials in establishing San Luis Oxnardo.
