I have been following the “zip line” issue at Santa Margarita Ranch, and the Planning Department’s response (“Giant swings and zip lines—oh my,” March 15). I think we may have another type of agriculture, unknown to me: “aerial agriculture.” That can be the only explanation for the decision to allow this activity in agricultural zoning. Strange decision.
