This delightful sparkling wine is a great value for the quality at $18 retail. I was impressed by its aromas and flavors of Granny Smith apples, citrus, and toast in a really nicely balanced package that’s creamy and crisp at the same time. It’s wonderful as an aperitif, and a great choice for kicking off a dinner party, especially with the holiday season approaching. You’ll love it with shellfish, creamy brie or cambozola cheese, swordfish, and poultry. And it’s ideal for brunch. It’s available at the Paso Robles and Morro Bay Albertson’s for $18, and in Templeton at 15 Degrees C in 375ml bottles (half-bottles), $9 retail.
