No, we are not a Third World country. As we move forward with the new health-care rules/regulations, the following needs to apply:
1) Provide employee with a decent working wage.
2) Provide employee with the insurance for employee, plus family members, regardless of total weekly hours.
3) Do not cut back on employee’s hours; provide him or her with a decent paycheck.
I know that in our country capitalism has come a long way. In fact, it is out of control, with CEOs enjoying excessive profits and power, which many times leads to greed. This nation needs to get back to making sure that you can earn a decent wage and aspire to obtain your dreams.
