Catholic Healthcare West has hired Alan Iftiniuk as the new CEO of French Hospital Medical Center in San Luis Obispo.
Iftiniuk has an extensive career spanning more than 25 years as a health care executive. He spent the last three years on the executive management team at Catholic Healthcare West in San Francisco, prior to which he served as CEO of Advocate Health Care in Barrington, Ill.
Dr. Ke-Ping Tsao, chairman of the French Hospital Medical Center Community Board, praised Iftiniuk in a recent press release: “Alan comes with a mixture of talents, which incorporate his leadership skills, his consideration of the staff and a great sense of humor. Alan will be a great leader.�
