Winemaker Steve Felten has been making wine and consulting for his peers in Paso Robles for 40 years. This handcrafted wine, made like a good French Burgundy, offers tart cherry and ripe black cherry aromas and flavors with nuances of a spice box, leather, and earth. This is his latest release of pinot noir, and itās quite easy drinking on its own. Itās also a great choice at the table, a lovely complement to roast beef, grilled salmon, or a chicken salad with goat cheese, cranberries, and toasted walnuts. Another great local buy at $28 retail, visit his website at FeltonCellars.com to order it or pick up a bottle at Morro Bay Wine Sellers.
