Studios on the Park presents Ink Works ’26, an exhibition of fine art prints by members of Central Coast Printmakers, the organization founded more than four decades ago by Barbara and Rosey Rosenthal. The show hangs through June 28.
“In this diverse collection of original prints by local artists, you will be wowed by detail, imagination, and skill found in each piece. This exhibit will be up in our Studios central Atrium Gallery,” organizers announced.
On Saturday, June 6, the gallery will have live music, wine, and art from 6 to 9 p.m. On Sunday, June 14, at 1:30 p.m., you can “meet the artists and hear them describe their printmaking methods and artistic ideas.”
Rosey is showing an etching illustration, Elrond Addressing the Fellowship, and he recently completed a Harry Potter illustration he calls The Gift of the Magi.
Barbara, Joyce Bauerle, and Helen K Davie have collaborated on a series of one-of-a-kind relief monoprints “that take you on a walk on the wild side of animal life on land, sea, and sky.”
