What a window of opportunity for our area! We have the chance to place our precious coastline into the kind of sanctuary that Santa Barbara and Monterey have. This would hold the beauty of this area in trust forever. Consider what the folks who conceived of Yosemite and Yellowstone did. Now just accept that extraordinary area. We have the same chance here.
