• In the Nov. 12 cover story “It’s never been easy,” New Times incorrectly stated the number of times the Los Osos Community Services District filed for bankruptcy. The LOCSD filed for bankruptcy one time, in 2006, and a bankruptcy plan was approved in 2011.
