In the weeks since an article following up on coverage of a North County drug bust was published (“Movers and Tweekers,” April 11), a spokesperson for the U.S. Attorney’s Office located a previously elusive case file for Leobardo Aburto Ortega, who on March 21 entered a guilty plea to a charge of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance. The indictment against him alleges that he supplied more than 80 grams of methamphetamine to a confidential informant. ∆
