A blend of syrah, grenache, and mourvedre, its elegant fruit flavors of raspberries, strawberries, and cranberries are nicely nuanced by mild citrus notes. Irresistible alone but it’s a perfect choice for bouillabaisse or shellfish. Winemaker Guillaume Fabre, born and raised in France, has built a rock solid reputation since he and his wife, Solene, moved to Paso in 2004. After working at the renowned L’Aventure for a decade, Fabre is now building his brand, which has earned critical acclaim.
