This Edna Valley Pinot Noir is classic Burgundian with its plummy aromas and flavors nicely weaved with earth, mineral, and spice notes. It’s well balanced and elegant. An excellent choice for the holiday table or any other celebratory meal, it will complement most main courses be it beef, salmon, ahi, turkey, or rack of lamb. It’s $40 retail at the tasting room on Hwy. 227, and it’s quite limited so get yours soon.
