In a town where an uncertain water supply has created ever-looming worries, the Cambria Community Services District (CSD) has been in the thick of it all. The election for the two available seats became a contest focused on water—specifically the emergency water supply project hastily approved by the CSD and currently under construction.

The two incumbents in the race—Jim Bahringer and Mike Thompson—have reined supreme this round with a clear victory over challengers Jeff Hellman and Richard Hawley. The two write-in candidates Steve Kniffen and Jeff Walters received just 54 votes between the two of them.
