This elegant, ruby-hued wine opens with mineral and earthy fragrances that lead to delicious notes of tangy red cherry, black cherry, and plums. Nicely balanced with nuances of herbs and spice, this is a wine meant for great meals. Pair it with ahi, salmon, filet mignon, veal, and mushroom-based dishes.
