Recently a judge acted on a personal vendetta against that outlaw who lives on LOVR. Is our judicial system so corrupt they ignore a law mandating governments provide housing for the indigent? With a judge who doesn’t do his homework, but relies on false information provided by county counsel? With county counsel so inept that out-of-town talent must be flown in on the taxpayers’ dime to litigate against this outlaw?

The next day marked a new low for this county, deemed to be the most corrupt in the state. This judge displaced 15 more people from a place they’ve called home. He now joins the BOS in being more interested in liability than the health and safety of homeless. If they were truly concerned about the safety of these people, why didn’t they get them housing, which is their job?

If this outlaw’s actions were illegal, why
no arrest a decade ago? Job security for county staff? If anything he did was illegal, why do four local attorneys still represent him pro bono?

This man has been defending himself against trumped up frivolous charges for years. Are we going to take this flagrant misuse of justice lying down?
