Re: “DOGGR shrinks area in Price Canyon proposed for aquifer exemption

The ethics about presenting information during a holidays, when most folks are not prepared or aware of this scaled down attack on our water supply. I guess the real question once again is, how do we future proof our homes and business for the next disruption that will not flourished the community in any shape or form. While the oil companies tries to clear a path to drill/frack more land. This sneak attack to turn our public land to polluters, shame on sentinel peak resources and your attorneys for another round of getting down and dirty with the community again. I guess they wouldn't want it any other way. Game on!!!

Re: “SLO to increase fines for code violations in lieu of rental inspections

Students and others beware of a website that will explain your legal rights against slumlords at this link below. www.slumlords.com. Anyone interested can organize a rental rights movement in SLO County for fair rent, code enforcement, consumer protection, "just cause" for eviction and no housing retaliation actions and discrimination issues. Contact "Tenants Rights" Hotline that provides peer counseling at 888-495-8020. Membership is free or 10.00 per year, Also you can become a volunteer on the phone. No one is turned down for lack of funds.
