The juvenile who's being tried as an adult for allegedly sexually assaulting a San Luis Obispo woman during a crime spree made his first court appearance Sept. 27.
Oillie Rayshawn Tonoco, 15, of Los Angeles, pleaded not guilty on Sept. 27 to felony charges of rape, forcible oral copulation, and forcible penetration by a foreign object.
