The co-op is my go-to when I need coconut whipping cream to make ice cream for dairy-averse friends, when the itch strikes to experiment with artisanal hot sauces and bison meat, and when I simply want to gape at beautifully packaged jars of duck fat. The store makes grocery shopping a fun experience whether you’re there to buy or just window shop. Don’t forget to grab a fresh-cooked meal because the aromas will definitely make you hungry!
