Feel like you’re stuck in a rut? Learn how to manifest your dreams into reality through art at Harmony House Yoga in Pismo Beach on Saturday, Nov. 7, at 2:30 p.m.

This manifest creatively class is just one of the studio’s many offerings on Saturday and Sunday as parts of its Six Year Anniversary Weekend Festival.

Participants can also enjoy acroyoga, which uses partners to combine yoga and acrobatic poses; hula-hoop yoga; art therapy; beach yoga for surfers; and a kombucha party with live music. The weekend will round out with a yoga touch class Sunday at 6 p.m. Yoga touch is a blend of restorative yoga and hands-on massage, resulting in pure bliss for participants. 

To see the full schedule of events, visit the Harmony House Yoga’s site. A two-day pass costs $50 ($35 for guru members) purchased before the event and $60 ($45 for guru members) the day of. A one-day pass costs $35 ($20 for guru members) purchased before the event and $40 ($25 for guru members) purchased the day of. Drop-in passes can also be purchased at the cost of $15 per class or event.
