• Regarding “Sustainable water”  (Nov. 10), Central Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board spokesperson Jon Rokke wanted to clarify that the board looked at the impacts to water quality when reviewing the Cambria Sustainable Water Facility project’s environmental impact report and that while the agency believes certain parts of the proposed project make sense for the Cambria community, but it isn’t necessarily endorsing the project.
