How often do parents and their kids get together for the sole purpose of creating with pure abandon? Not often enough. In celebration of artistic divergence and the diversity that can be found within one single family, Studios on the Park will play host to artist Harold Spencer and his two sons for an exhibit that ranges from prints and drawings to collage and sculpture.

Mark is a self-taught ceramic and mixed media artist while Eric is into found objects and improvisational methods. Their dad, known by many as “Spence,” is in love with the natural world, and it shows through his oil, encaustic, watercolor, and print art.

The show runs from July 2 through 26 at Studios on the Park, located at 1130 Pine St. in Paso Robles. For more information, visit studiosonthepark.org.
