I am grateful to have survived 2013 walking in the crosswalks of beautiful San Luis Obispo—thanks to those drivers who actually stopped for all of us.
My wish for 2014 is that more drivers will learn why brakes were installed and maybe learn what crosswalks are for. Thank you for the 2014 drivers who have stopped for pedestrians.
