This fresh, crisp white wine offers flavors of citrus, green apple, and Meyer lemon that are beautifully balanced. Winemaker Luisa Ponzi ferments it in stainless steel to retain the bright and lively character of this delicious wine. It’s quite quaffable on its own, but meant for the table with chicken chile verde, crab or shrimp Louis, goat cheese or Feta based appetizers.
