Regarding the continuing objections to the Los Osos sewer project being forced down the throats of the residents of Prohibition Zone.

This is one of the most gregarious examples of government run amok; if the residents of a small community cannot control their own destiny, who can?

If a local board, city council, and board will neither listen to nor consider the effects of their decisions on the individuals required to pay, how can we expect elected officials higher up to do so?

If there is no way around antiquated plumbing codes to allow composting or incinerator toilets and no way for residents to upgrade septic systems to discharge potable water into the aquifer, why is that happening in undeveloped countries around the world?

I’m dreading the day when such a boondoggle comes my way and drives me from my home.
