Winemaker Josh Baker is pleased with changes to the estate Sauvignon Blanc, and it’s delicious. “I’m a fan of a grassier style with a bit of herbaceous-ness,” Baker explained. “That’s how you know it’s Sauvignon Blanc.” It has all of the traditional aromas and flavors of this classic varietal, with pretty notes of pink grapefruit and melon. This will pair marvelously with goat cheese and fruit salads, pizzas, pork chile verde, or mildly spiced Mexican dishes.
