Los Osos voters have a clear choice for the election of two people to fill the two vacancies on the Los Osos Community Services District. If you approve of the stumbling shuffle into insolvency and the blind hostility directed toward county and state regulatory agencies by the current board, as well as the toxic, combative atmosphere of the LOCSD public meetings the past several years, then you know who to vote for.

However, if you’ve had all you can tolerate of this inept local government, cast your votes for Marshall Ochylski and Maria Kelly. With them on the board, alongside incumbent Joe Sparks, the mood of the LOCSD would return to sweet reason, civility, and logic.
