It is clear from the decisive election last year of a new mayor and City Council majority in Morro Bay that the citizens want a change in direction for the city. The largest infrastructure project in the city’s history is on the table, among other things. As painful as it may be to upset the status quo, if there is something that the council believes is in the way of this change of direction, it must be eliminated.
I fully support the mayor and council majority’s effort to remove any impediment to realizing its vision for the city.
