 Come, come, folks!  It is time to stop blathering about Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs) on the Oceano Dunes. The letter of Nov. 20 (“Shut down offroading”) cited a thousand injuries treated annually at the Arroyo Grande Hospital and many more (triple the number?) that go unreported.  Â
 The two deaths referenced, though sad, are irrelevant and immaterial to OHV use.  Please come up with real numbers and facts or can it.
