This delightful pink, made of 100 percent Pinot Noir, is dry, elegant, and delicious. I loved its delicate strawberry, raspberry, and cherry notes that are nicely offset by a touch of minerality—perfect as an aperitif to substitute for bubbly before a dinner party, and a good choice for an alfresco meal with fried chicken, shellfish, or bouillabaisse. Available at the Los Olivos tasting room, it’s fair priced at $18 retail.
